3rd ANNUAL OXBOW 13.1 PADDLE

September 12, 2015

In 2013, False River Paddle Club held its first annual Oxbow 13.1 Paddle.  Over 40 paddlers of all levels brought their canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards to join us on 13.1 miles of adventure and fun.  The Oxbow 13.1 starts in Bayou Chenal, which leads right into False River.  From there, the course follows the bank to Beuche's Bar and Grill for lunch and eventually ends at Satterfield's Restaurant and Bar, where paddlers can enjoy scenic views while relaxing.

Last year's route was shortened to 9 miles, starting at SandBar Bar and Grill and ending at The Landing with complimentary draft beer and a band.

Registration will open on active.com 2 months prior to the paddle!
